Posted on Tom Ranaudo September 29, 2025 I requested SkyBird to come out to my house and check on what I suspected was a roof leak. In short order it was confirmed not to be a leak but an interior condensation build up.
The inspection was quick, I was shown pictures of the exact issue and a quick remedy was applied right then and there. I could not be happier with my experience with these folks. Thank you!! Even though it was a small job, Sky was very consiencius about doing a great job: ussually small jobs like this people don't care....he does!! I mostly dealt with Travis who went above and beyond to help me. My insurance company wasn’t easy to deal with at all. Travis was so patient and helpful on navigating through this difficult process with my insurance company and didn’t give up. Everyone was efficient, very professional and excellent communicators during this process. With all the problems I had with my insurance company trying to get out of paying for the full roof replacement they could’ve easily walked away and gone on to an easier client but stuck by me helping & providing much needed guidance to get this accomplished!!
