In short order it was confirmed not to be a leak but an interior condensation build up. I’m so glad I chose Skybird for my roof replacement due to wind damage !! They were beyond amazing!!! I mostly dealt with Travis who went above and beyond to help me. My insurance company wasn’t easy to deal with at all. Travis was so patient and helpful on navigating through this difficult process with my insurance company and didn’t give up. Everyone was efficient, very professional and excellent communicators during this process. With all the problems I had with my insurance company trying to get out of paying for the full roof replacement they could’ve easily walked away and gone on to an easier client but stuck by me helping & providing much needed guidance to get this accomplished!!
